The upstairs lounge benefits from far reaching views over False Bay which you can enjoy either from inside or from the balcony.  The lounge has a huge sofa, ideal for an afternoon nap whilst indulging in a good book. A vaulted ceiling allow for views to the downstairs entertaining area.  Bedroom 3 is accessed directly from the lounge which allows for it to be used as a private lounge for the bedroom, turning the upstairs into a massive 2nd master suite.

The open-plan design downstairs is perfect for entertaining.  Their is an indoor gas barbeque for when the weather does'nt allow for an oudoor barbeque, or to prepare breakfast.  The beautiful hand carved dining table can extend to seat 12 people and is the perfect setting for an evening of socializing with good friends over a few bottles of local wine.

The master bedroom is huge with magnificent ocean views to wake up to.  It has a private seating area and breakfast table to enjoy "breakfast in bed" or for a romantic dinner!  The en-suite bathroom is very spacious with a walk in shower and views over the mountains. Sliding glass doors open to the paved area in front of the house - just be cautious not to let any unwanted guests in, as the local baboon colony are very nosy indeed!

Bedroom 2 is downstairs with views over the mountains to the back of the house.  Keep an eye out for various wildlife roaming the mountainside.  The bedroom is also known as "the rock room", referring to the views and not necessarily the activities behind closed doors! The en-suitebathroom has a large shower to invigorate or relax.

Bedroom number 3 is located upstairs with access from the upstairs lounge.  It has breathtaking views over the mountains to the back of the house with frequent spotting of local wildlife such as deer or baboons.  If you're lucky, you may even spot one of the very shy leopards that roam the mountainside!  The en-suite bathroom has lovely views which you can enjoy whilst using the spacious walk-in shower.  This bedroom benefits from the upstairs lounge which you can enjoy as an extension of the bedroom, turning it into a second master bedroom.
